Loading MPLAB IDE on HP NC6000
 

Hopefully, some of the other GM mentors can tell me how to load the MPLAB IDE software on my laptop. Whenever I run the setup program, it stops and errors out, saying that it cannot load the Installshield program. I have contacted Microchip and Installshield, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. I am using Windows 2000 Professional and have Administrator rights.
