71 - '97 & '01
469 - '03 & '04
111 - '01 & '03
494 - '03 & '04

Gimme 5 Teams that could, realistically attend 5 regionals. (Geographically speaking not monetarily, I doubt many teams have $16,000 to shell out for additional regionals) Only two can come from the same state. Name the regionals too, assume all regionals occur on the same dates as in '06.
