Chaos theory proves that you can't tell. It could cause a series events, that over thousands of years causes computers, then networks, then the Internetn then AIM to be invented earlier, causing the linguistic corruption of the sort in the story.

Unless you were lying on the ground and arranged the camera so it looked like the grass was vertical.

There is no real reason to dislike Canada. (I, as a Canadian, officially hate Southpark!)

No, in 1992 there were 28 FIRST teams. The proper usage has italics and is bolded.

If you were talking about the speed of light in vacuum you'd be right. But, you made no such specification, in other media it can be slower. (Which causes some cool effects, see: Cherenkov (sp?) radiation)

The Carolina Hurricanes just won the Stanley Cup. :D
