Google chat
It's been speculated about before, but a recent Slashdot article has brought it back up: will there be a Google IM client soon?
Out of curiosity, I tried a couple of "experiments" (ok, they're boring, but hey)
What do you think? Will Google attempt to take over our chatting as well? P.S. On the attempt to connect to talk.google.com with the Jabber plugin for Gaim, I used my Google account info. P.P.S. I support a hostile Google takeover. The link was provided to me by another loyal Gmail user. :D P.P.P.S. Oh heck, let's make it a poll. |
Re: Google chat

Re: Google chat
a google operating system would probably not be too far off and would probably seriousely rival Microsoft.

Eh, I don't think so. There is a major leap between an OS and an AIM client. Plus, if people arn't switching to OSX and Linux in droves, why Google OS? |
