Just a reminder, its a little more than 9 hours till the release tonight.

We've all worked really hard and we'd like as many people to listen, so if you can download it and make us very happy. Download details are coming soon, but right now I cannot confirm nor deny if the iTunes directory will list us or not, but www.podcast.openfirst.org will have links and how to download it. And in case anyone is wondering its gonna be a mp3 and about 15 minutes long.

Alex Pelan's blog has a nice summary of the itunes xml tags you need to include based on an 'RSS Feed' I had created to get the iTrip frequencies out of the iPod Music list :D .

Man now I got to get an Ipod.
Is there any way that the first FIRSTcast can be put on the web so the rest of us non ipoder's can listen?

You don't need to have an iPod to listen to a podcast.

Yeah we're going to make it available via direct download and BitTorrent in MP3 format.

No, you can't download the podcast yet (the file isn't even uploaded to the server yet), you must wait until it launches. We'll activate the link once FIRSTcast launches. :)
