"Look at it this way. Now, you have three choices. One, you chicken out and in that case I let Ants tie you to the car and drag you around a bit. And you don't want that."
American Graffiti

Character 1:"I'm sorry, I don't speak English."
Character 2: "You are speaking English right now."
Character 1: "No, I only know how to say, "I don't speak English" in English."

Sahara

Character 1: Why don't you just make ten louder and make ten be the top number and make that a little louder?
Character 2: [pause] These go to eleven.

"This Is Spinal Tap"

Here's one:

I would rather be with the people of this town than with the finest people in the world.

That would be Roxanne (sp?), I just saw that for the first time on saturday, then I watched it again on sunday

Aristotle was not Belgian, the principle of Buddhism is not "every man for himself", and the London Underground is not a political movement.

I love movies

"I looked it up, Otto." It's from A Fish Called Wanda.

Here's one:

Rev. Macpherson: You want to buy my church?
MacIntyre: Not as a going concern.

I dont remember the quote but It must be based on the characters names "Local Hero" . I Love brittish movies, Especially one with Peter Riegert (Boon from Animal House)

Well you finishing my last quote inspired me to pick a quote from this movie, bonus points if you can explain the connection

character 1: You'd better tell the Captain we've got to land as soon as we can. This woman has to be gotten to a hospital.
character 2: A hospital? What is it?
character 1: It's a big building with patients, but that's not important right now.

that quote should be an easy one, it is from one of the three funniest movies of all time.

'Airplane' "Don't call me Shirley"
I have no idea what the connection is :(

Character 1: "You have a lot of love for him, don't you?"
Character 2: "We have a good arrangement. He makes the weapons. I use them."

No Cheating using a search engine or movie database. You can use it to supply the quote but not to answer. Sorry.

When he mentioned otto, It reminded me of otto pilot

Blade Is the answer to yours, No need for searching, I watch movies all the time, Movie trivia is definitly an area of my expertise, and movie quotes are the best kind of quotes. I agree though using a search engine would take the fun out of it.

Character 1: Hey, I hope you don't mind, I got up a little early, so I took the liberty of milking your cow for you. Yeah, it took a little while to get her warmed up, she sure is a stubborn one, whew.

Character 2: We don't have a cow. We have a bull.

(as a note this movie was directed by an RPI grad who was born in RI do you know who it is?)

Sorry I forgot about this one, It is from Kingpin (directed by Bobby Farrelly)

Alicia: [about the stars] I once tried to count them all. I, actually, made it to 4,348.
John: You are exceptionally odd.
Alicia: I bet you're very popular with the girls.

Character 1: C'mon, it's Czechoslovakia. We zip in, we pick 'em up, we zip right out again. We're not going to Moscow. It's Czechoslovakia. It's like we're going into Wisconsin.
Character 2: Well I got the s*** kicked out of me in Wisconsin once. Forget it!
