I'll offer to help volunteer any way I can for what ever you need. Looking like no one is coming from the Binghamton area aside from me. Way I see it, I can ether help out which should be fun or just watch the matches.

Well we just unpacked the 18 wheeler containing the field tonight at 6pm so we'll be rocking in less than 24 hours. Thanks again to all who are coming and volunteering to make this event possible.

I also heard there's free food at Alex's house too. (I like bacon too!)

Great - we used the field on Wednesday at the Youth Engineering & Science expo at Ford FIeld in Detroit. We were a bit nervious about it making it there in time.

BTW - to make setup a little easier. I marked the backside of the two carpet sections as follows:

LEFT ... RIGHT
-----><------

One section of the carpet is longer than the other. If you were to line up the two sections with the ends starting at the same place, then the heavy black marks at all four inside corners would not line up. So put them arrow to arrow!!

Looking forward to see seeing you guys sometime late this afternoon,

So excited!! Here goes something!!

I sent out an email to all the volunteers, but just in case there are extras who havent signed up or that I missed... The major work starts today!

1pm Allowed into the school to work in the cafeteria
3pm** Can bring stuff into the gym to begin setup!!
7pm Volunteers meeting (for anyone available tonight)

Saturday
7am doors open to volunteers
7:30am Volunteers meeting (for those who didnt make it friday)

Also, we are going to see if we can hook into the school network to give live updates :)

See you all there!! Lets cause a RUCKUS! :D
