BTW, 111 is signed up for Milwaukee... looking forward to seeing some of you there!

Opps didn't look there. Thanks for telling me

But we will also sign up for the Midwest Regional for our next slot. Wisconsin had less spots - so we signed up there first.

I want to know how the team from Moore, SC got the team number 2006175, last team for the NASA/VCU Regional. I don't think this is possible to enter into our controls with the number of pins. But regardless that's one heck of a number to be cheering.

They haven't been assigned a number yet. That simply means that there is a space reserved at that event for a rookie team. They'll be assigned a number based on when they register -- 17xx, just like the others.

Or 18xx, if they're a little slow getting it in. ;)

W00t! Team 1744 out of Naples registered for the Florida Regional. I may have a team to mentor after all! Not the closest place in the world to Ft. Myers, but close enough to help them out! :)

I know that last year when we registered for our regional was when we got our 4 digit number, maybe they're going to email them out later?

After much pain and suffering, Team 857 has now been able to register for the Wisconsin Regional. Woohoo!!

I was under the impression that a team didn't get a premanent team number assigned until they've put a deposit down on their registartion. I have no idea where I got that notion from however.

Deposits are not required this year. You can just sign up for your initial regional event. For second, third etc. events you will have to pay up before you are added to the event.

Those temporary numbers will all be changed to 4 digits shortly, if not already done. No deposits required.
If they are still temporary numbers on Monday, give a call to FIRST.
