I use a program called Sphere XP as my desktop. It takes some getting used to, but it's pretty nifty. This is an image from the Hamar site, but it's pretty close to how my computer looks on a regular basis:

I change my picture about once a month. Right now is a shot I took from the back of a train while in Alaska. Nothing special, really, but I like it.

Well... the image changes every day, but this is by far one of my favorites. (the one with Stewie of "Family Guy" has far too many swears to be posted here)

And no, "Cancer 2" is not a cruel nickname for my external harddrive - my brother used to use it at UW Madison in the breast cancer research lab that he works in. I was simply too lazy to change the name.

I've had the same background since the start of last build season. This is the laptop I use in my apartment. At work, my background is a photo of a China Airlines Boeing 747.

This is my desktop on the computer I use at work. I should be getting a second computer at work soon, and will have yet another picture of an airplane, I'm sure.

I love the backgrounds from digitalblasphemy. They always have something slick to stick on there.
