Text on images is a little small. Maybe making the banners a tad larger to comply with the next size font would be better.
You are definately under the 200 pixel rate now, so you can make them larger.

Oh, and they aren't seperate links?? They all link back to the userbars.com site?

Different font colors to stand out, nice quote, team name and number snuck in, a link to the pedophile online webstore (myspace) and a LEGO smilie, nothing jaw-dropping or anything to glue my eye to it. Sorry I always do this when I rate things, I never give things high scores unless they are nearly perfect and I reserve perfect scores for things that make me stop and go "DANG!"
