I agree. With the payment proceedures this year there should be no late dropouts and only the unused reserve rookie slots will free up for those on the Wait list.

Unless, like us, it takes time to get the purchase order written, submitted, approved and faxed - so much so that we got booted from the Philly regional! Now on the Wait List.

Kinda stinks...can't do much about the paperwork bureaucracy, so we get the bad end :mad:
