I'm not really sure if this qualifies as a tearful experience, but it involves Fin nonetheless.

I went and read through FIRST's annual report. (Some of the financials actually made a bit of sense--yay ACCT 225.)

You know you've been around CD too much when "David Lavery" doesn't click in your head for a moment. ;)

'Fin crying? Whoa...

I recollect seeing everyone from 108 come up from the field crying with joy but Arefin was, honestly, the only person from 108 that I never saw after the field quarterfinals that day.

[edit] Arefin says that I ran away from the field so that I never had to see him cry ;) [/edit]

hahaha... if you were down there at the field... maybe you would have seen me... it was the best moment of my FIRST career. So anyone else have a crying picture of me? =)

Oh good. I still get to be the first one to say it.

"There's no crying in robotics!"

To this day I don't think I've seen Arefin as happy as he was on that day.
The beauty was that, when he was with his team, he was moved enough to cry because he fully appreciated the moment.
