I’ll be at the school tomorrow and see if a few days rests, or reloading the code, makes any difference. We haven’t made any changes to the code since nationals. We did check for loose connections at the competition. The OI never reported less than 12.3v. We also changed the battery, and had problems with both, although I don’t think either were from 2005. We’ll try loading the latest version of the master code too.

Do you have anything magnetic on the RC or near it (I had to ask) that could be inducing currents? Or maybe a short to the chassis reseting the controller until it is jolted away or something? I don't know how well the RCs or Victors for that matter are isolated from their mounts. I remember reading a post (can't remember where) that involved a team with a special autonomous testing mode, which they forgot to disengage. When a team member moved a joystick the robot went haywire and attacked the team. Do you have anything like that?
