So, Im in a holiday-ish mood.
And trying to make my christmas list.
What do all you want for the holidays?

Maybe you can help me to remember something that I really want. :rolleyes:


I would like...

-an ipod
-clothes
-lots of other things.

Honestly, I have a list a mile long of material things I want but ... what I really want (and need) this Christmas is to spend time with my family and boyfriend. I have a three week break that I'll be home and able to just relax!

As for other things ...


He's on the top of my holiday wishlist, along with some new clothes, a new cell phone, a pyrex dish and a pizza stone! :D

At this point in the semester, I could care less what material things I get. I'm ready for my 6 week break. I need some time to sit down in front of the TV and do nothing. Well, I have jury duty the first week... Then kick off is two weeks after that... So I guess I only have one week to sit around... Ugh, I guess I have to be more productive than I thought.

For Christmas I want......

-an ipod (NOT a nano, i'll crush it, even though i'm only 5 feet tall)
-time at home with family (given)
-money (both gifts and from working)
-a trip to NJ, PA (to visit all those FIRST people)
-to know where I'm moving to next semester (long story)
-snow (oh, how i miss the cold, and snow, and sledding, but alas, i must play on boats instead)
-time

You mean, what kind of fish is it? ;) It's a male crowntail betta fish. :) I have 11 bettas already (5 boys, 6 girls) - they're my second most time consuming hobby (FIRST is, of course, the most time consuming!)

Lisa you can trade places with me!!! I would give up snow for heat anyday :P

As for the holidays...apparently my mom already bought my presents but what I would like to get is:

- a horse (yah its pretty useless to ask but I do every Christmas so I might aswell keep the tradition going)
- new clothes
- new shoes
- and what every FIRSTer wants...a trip to the Championships!!

The snow to come back (It snowed here in Toronto last week and yesturday it was 14 degrees, so all the snow is gone)

A VEX kit and all the extra's for it

I'm getting myself a pager alarm/ remote starter for my car this weekend

For Christmas most of what I want is robotics related. Last year, my rookie year, I found out everything it is convienient to have, and this year hopefully I'll get a lot of it just in time for the FIRST season!

-A new computer, better suited to CADding (not happening)

-A NICE soldering station

-Digital calipers

-A better multimeter

And if you haven't figured it out, I was on the electronics team last year (lol).

what i want would be

• battlefront 2(star wars is awsome)
• inventor 10(which i got yesterday)
• and various other things like itunes gift cards

I should have resisted the pull of the Reply button, at the risk of sounding like a dork with some of these gifts! For Christmas, I would like:

- A Springform pan (I make show cakes and desserts as a hobby)
- A slow cooker/crock pot
- A George Foreman grill
- Maybe a few cute things to wear
- A variety of cookbooks would be nice
- I also like books, too
- An electric blanket
- Gift cards are sensible
- A few small Amanda oddities
- And last but not least, every girl likes dollhouses and building cool things!

A sound system in my car
A tune up for my car
A new subscription to Motor Trend
2 VEX kits with extras
Something to straighten out my basketball goal
A new soccer ball
To just be able to hang out with people over the break

I don't really celebrate Christmas so really I just want to sleep because I haven't done that in months .. (as you can see im posting this at 4 in the morning) ... I want to spend time with my friends I haven't seen in a while ... So really .. I just want time to do nothing .. I want to never have to wake up before noon.

As for what I'm doing. Exams end on the 14th so I'm going home on the 15th (because you get kicked out of res 24 hours after your last exam) and sleeping. I told my mom not to have anyone over, and if any one does come over to tell them I'm still at school. I clearly do not want to be disturbed. On the 16th, I'm heading back to my high school for the first time since June. On the 17th I'm going to Ireland with my cousin to see my brother. I'll be back on the 24th. And from the 24th until school starts again, I'm hoping my "Christmas wish list" comes true ...

i love giving more than getting. i really dont mind getting gifts. i spend sooo much money on my family and all that on christmas its crazy. i told my mom to get me
indy 500 tickets again
dvds and cds
boy shorts like from footlocker and champs (i have a thing for boyshorts lol dont ask lol i wear them in gymnastics all the time)
and girly stuff like gift certifactes to v.s, bath and body works, hollister, alta cosmetics.

thats it. i always ask for the randomist stuff. a couple years agon i asked for a bongo set.
