RCX Music

In previous years I always tried to compose a tune for the RCX to play when the robot completed a mission or something of the like. I was surfing the internet today and came across a really interesting site (although it is also an indicator of how much time can be wasted on useless things).

http://www.ceeo.tufts.edu/robolabatc...ongs/songs.htm

Basically, it's music written in Robolab 2.54. There is a whole list of songs, from the Jingle Bells to the Can-Can. Enjoy.

Re: RCX Music

When I was a freshman, my high school had a class on robotics (unrelated to FIRST) using the Mindstorms kits. I was able to make the RCX play the theme song to The Simpsons and Futurama using RIS 2.0. Of course, I did that on top of the other work we were doing in that class. I copied the programs to my home computer, but unfortunately when my father's laptop crashed, its hard drive was wiped to try to rid itself of a nasty virus. Gone with it was all of my code for my Mindstorms creations. :( :( :(
