Congratulations to 25, 103 ( I really hope you guys come to Atlanta) and 1279. That was a heck of a show you guys put on.
I would also like to congratulate 375, 486 and especially 1860 (who our kids just loved to death. Your enthusiasm is what FIRST is all about. May you last for years to come) for putting up one heck of a battle. New Jersey was pure entertainment (in spite of the glitches).

Yeah Ed, i still think Chairmans should be lessened in Fantasy FIRST.

First of all, thanks to 25 and 103 for realizing our potential and helping us to our second straight nj championship, we couldn't have done it without you guys. Also excellent job to all of our competitors including 375, 486 and 1860, match 1 of the finals was exciting. Does anybody have the final rankings? I noticed they didn't have them up and running on a monitor after the last match and I think that really hurt some awesome teams like 1403 who were around 12th and had a lot of potential but werent picked. They also didn't show the final rankings ( to my knowledge) to the audience before the alliance selections, so everybody was in the dark. Any idea why?

The link from where I'm sitting right now is kind of slow (QF 4-3 is finishing up now). Tomorrow I'll be at a faster uplink.
What resolution would you like to see?

Want me to mail you full resolutions of all your matches?

Google Video?

And the highest resolution you got, it's worth the wait.

You guys were incredible, we were flaberghasted that you were still around come the time of our second selection. We had you pegged as a mid First rounder for sure, and possibly higher.

well the problem with rankings is a long and hard one to explain, but basically if you wanted ranking to work all the time and be correct, we would still be at the regional because it crashed the scoring computer. sorry to say we never did get a sure fix to that for this regional but there will be a patch out to fix that in the next weeks events.

About the WFA, just 3 words: I LOVE COKELEY!!! I LOVE COKELEY!!! How was the bear hug? Haha. I was so stressed out about the finals, I was shaking and screaming. Haha. Yeah. I LOVE YOU BHARAT!!!! Good job on the win!

Partially due to the fact that you guys are like a quarter of the stadium ;) , but regardless that is the most spirited group of students I've seen on the team since I started with 11...wish I was going with you guys to Palmetto, but you can be sure I'll be cheering for you from the field in Philly

Congratulations to the winning alliance! We cheered for you guys alot when we wern't facing you.

Also, I think this is the correct place to say this (if not, please guide me to the correct place):

On Saturday, one of the members on my team lost a White Yankee's hat in our section of the stands. We were sitting in the first 6 rows right above the mascot pit. If anyone has seen it, has seen someone with it, or has it in their possesion because they saw it left behind, please let me know. He got the hat as a gift from his girlfriend just now over one week ago. We checked with lost and found and they didn't have it.

Thank you
~Alyssa~

Yeah, during the Quarter and Semi-finals, 1860 just stood in the box and danced until autonomous started. They had a lot of fun, and they were great to have on our team. It certainly lightened the mood between matches when each minute felt like an hour.

Me and another member of my team went to the NJ regional on Saturday to scout and I have just one word to say: Amazing!

Congratulations to teams 25, 103, and 1279 for coming out on top! Team 25 was just unstoppable out there, with 103 and 1279 both being amazing shooters to add to it! :yikes: Being able to go to the competition and see all the different people and robots was just a great experience, especially for someone who has not been to a regional before. I'm looking forward to when our team competes at the Philly Regional and is able to see team 103 and all the others at NJ going to Philly! It already looks like it will be a great event!

Lastly, thanks to team 341 for allowing me and my other team member to ride on their bus to and from the NJ regional. Sure, we had to pass by our houses again both to and from NJ, but it was worth it to see all these amazing robots and teams in action. Great job by everyone!

-Ira
