Won't? They cannot win the Championship Chairman's award again, and it has been that way for a while, so don't expect it to change.

That Does Not mean they build and use great robots, and win with them, which is the easiest way to gain points in FF, chairman's sometimes comes down to luck of the draw

Not only chairman's, but FF in general comes down to luck sometimes.

I submit exhibit A: my random pick that was given to me in FF for the Championship event in 2005, Team 67.

And we all know how 67 did at the Championship Event, and how many points they gave me for FF. :)

The way I see it, go with whatever you think will get you the points. Will another team pull a 67? Perhaps. Will 254 or 22 or 47 or any of the other past Chairman's winners come back next season and win the Championship? Entirely possible.

(Diverging from the topic a bit, has anyone besides 67 won both a Championship and a Chairman's, even in separate years?)
