Hang in there! I'm definitely hoping for a quick recovery.

I used to bike a lot around MetroWest Boston, and the drivers can be ruthless. Remember, bicyclists are bound by the same rights and regulations as drivers in most states.

I'm sure you didn't intend the pun, but "fall" is the correct word in all too many cases. :(

On a happier note, I received this update from another of the moms in Hope Chapel Academy:

(THURSDAY 3:15PM). Andy is awake, talking and has a sense of humor! He said "I knew I should have packed my lunch." - he was hit on his way home from El Camino for a lunch break.

(Great to hear he has a sense of humour, thats usually the thing easiest to break when you are in an accadent. :))
