*Actually have the drivers listen to me during matches, even if it means bopping their sholder every now and then...(And before anyone asks, I'm a student coach, not adult coach; both drivers are older and taller than me. No drivers will be harmed in the making of this season. ;) )
*Know every single rule by next Monday. Trust me, I'll do it.

--> I'd like to see our team win a Regional. We're a fourth year team, it's my fourth and final year. That'd be sweeeet.

--> I want to teach what I know best to a teammate (fundraising and PR) and learn something new from them. (How to weld maybe?)

My FIRST year's resolutions? The same as every year, learning patience.

I am reminded of the Serenity prayer (it applies to everything in life, not just in FIRST, but I am not very good at following it):

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Maybe I will print that up in bold letters and tack it to my FIRST wall at work...

Heh...here come mine.

* Get an awesome Chairman's presentation ready and practiced before the actual presentation date (or night before).

* Develop a more efficient scouting system.

* Throw an awesome kickoff house-party :D

* Eat at BMR. Really. Elise Janowak, you understand this one.
