btw i havent found them yuet but the freespeed rpms for both small and large cims are close?

Here are approximate free speeds:

CIM Motor: 5,310 rpm
CIM Motor Specs

Mini-Bike Motor: 2,500 rpm
Mini-Bike Motor curve

However... keep in mind that these motors may run faster or slower. I've seen this Mini-Bike Motor run over 2,700 rpms and the CIM motor run 5,500 rpms. Consider them to be +/- 10% of the rated speeds.
