Image to use in school newspaper article?

I, president of my school's robotics team, am obviously the most objective person availible to write an article about the team's beginning of a new build season, and have been tasked with doing just that.

I'd like to use an image like this in the article, to provide an illustration of this years game. Is that legit? If not, which images can I use?

We've been collecting photographs of the 2006 field from a wide variety of sources (photos, animations, video captures, etc) and have copied them here:

Yes, I would say that the Dave Laverty animation pics will give your readers the best impression about the game. Why not post your newsletter article here when you get it done?

Yes, I want to use that image, but is that acceptable? Is that legal and GP usage?

Any team hereby has free and open permission to use any of the animation and/or documentation images that I generated for any FIRST-related purpose without further restriction. Art/photo credit citing the source is appreciated, but not required. For non-FIRST related purposes, please contact me off line (I will likely gloadly grant permission, I just want to know how they are being used).

p.s. if you have a need for a special view that of the field, game, etc. that is not already available, let me know. If I can knock it out quickly, I will be happy to provide a "custom" image.
