Bumpers for a game purpose?
 
As long as a bumper stays within the parameters of "bumper", and stays in its "bumper zone", would it be legal to form bumpers that would serve a purpose towards offensive game play? i.e. tapered in the front of a robot to help corral balls towards the center?

you are alound to modify the shape of the bumper for a ball collector as long is it quallifies through the other rules
