Inventor Training Videos

Does anyone know which codec is required to view the training videos posted on the BuzzSaw site? Media player 9 on Windows 2000 and play10 on XP give error downloading codec message.

I'm attaching the zipped exe installer for the codec. This should also be in the TSCC folder in the zipped "Datasets" folder of the FIRST Training material/folder (located on Streamline) or your folder on your computer if you already have all the material
