Compiler Issues

After downloading Kevin Watson's "bells and whistles program" and updating the MPLAB IDE v7.20, I attempted to compile camera.mcw but ended up with an error:

Couldn't locate build tool. Check tool locations.
Link step failed.
BUILD FAILED

I've tried reinstalling MPLAB but I still receive the same message. There are no records of a bug in camera.mcw so I am assuming I did something wrong with installation. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are installing from the CD did you install the MCC18 that is included in the CD, it is the second link on the startup page the first link is for the IDE?

Yes, I did install the MCC18 . . .

Are you sure you have the C18 compiler correctly linked with MPLAB so that MPLAB knows it's supposed to use the compilier when compiling?

It sounds like the problem is MPLAB goes to get the compiler, but it doesn't know where to look.
