Our team has always had the students do the interview. It's a good opportunity for students to develop their public speaking skills. Quite honestly, in the past few years I've been presenting I've become more confident presenting in front of strangers and I'm becoming less dependent on notes. It's also made me to become more aware of what the team is doing year 'round and what other team members are up to to spread the word of FIRST.
