Globe Motor - Performance at Cursor

On the "Globe Motors Performance Data" sheet distributed by FIRST (found here) a heading reads "Performance at Cursor". ... What does "at Cursor" mean?

My educated guess is that this data was generated by an automated test set up (perhaps an end of line tester?) and that it is either page one where page 2 has the chart that shows the cursor location OR that the machine itself allows the operator to place the a cursor over a part of the chart that is shown only on the test machine.

This definitely looks like an automotive test report of some kind -- quality control or inspection or some such. Notice that they calculate the effeciency of the gearbox: 76.92%

By the way 77% is AWESOME considering that the 117:1 ratio is done in at least 3 planetary gear stages ( 92% per stage -- not too shabby for planetaries with about 5:1 ratio each). I would typically design assuming 85% per stage - which would put the transmission closer to 60% efficient.
