Error in IFI Loader

we couldn't figure it out
when we tried to download the program it said error 11 and we didn't know what it was.
does anyone know something??

We got this error, and then the RC was acting very spazzed out with the code error light being on and it defaulting to "program" mode when turned on.

To fix it, we just made a fresh install of the IFI Loader 1.0.12 and used that. For some reason, that fixed it completely. Try that.
