One of my friends tipped me off to "Girls Love Robots" by Pollen. It is a constant on my playlist during build season. I don't know about you guys, but I would totally dance Ally Sheedy-style with Wildstang 2002. Anyway, here's the lyrics:

I Am Your Robot by Elton John. Pretty cheesy.
Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots Part 1 by The Flaming Lips. Absolutely the funniest robot song, especially with the line: "Oh Yoshimi, they don't believe me but you won't let those robots eat me"
And of course, Robots for Ronnie by Crack the Sky.
