Re: 2006 Boston Regional

233 is too easily defended (even in regular mode), and they continue to miss many balls at a time by being off. Either way, the finals will be hair raising!!!

The fire alarm sounded because worker in the concession stands poured water on a greasy/hot cooking surface.

I enjoyed the cake being brought out onto the field during elim's. Good thing there wasn't a caking, since I don't think the roomba's would have handled that too well.

Had a great time in Boston today! Love the arena, and the emergency evacuation was just a "7th inning stretch" (gotta love those Red Sox!).... :)

This was a great regional, the organizers did a fantastic job making sure that everything went according to plan. There was a great mix of rookie and seasoned veteran teams present, which made it a lot of fun to compete in. Overall, I was very impressed and think that we shall see a regional in Boston for many years to come. By the way, congrats to team 121, 233, and 1568. You guys were amazing, you really blew us away in the finals.

The regional, from what I saw of it today, was amazing. The venue was really nice, the judges were amazing, the roombas were funny, the teams were very spirited. I don't know what more anyone could want out of a rookie regional. Great job to the planning committee!
