Conveyor Belt

Our design requires the use of a conveyor belt. In my model I am to the point where I have to model it, but I don't know how. I can't figure out how to make a part that isn't a solid, rigid piece.

I've looked through the tutorials and help topics, but can't find anything.

Please help.

We see this problem a lot when we're working with chains ect. Unless your amazing at using the adapt tool you should try and design the conveyer belt as a solid peice in one set position.

Jas got it. In the assembly, right click on the part you want in the Model menu (Assuming you're using Inventor), and click on the adaptive button. Then when you make the constraints, it will make itself the size you want.

Thanks for the advice. I tried it and couldn't get it to work, so I just made it solid.

Thanks anyways.
