CMU PROBLEM

We got a proble here. All our connections are correct but we are getting no poewr to our CMU, can someone please help

Have you checked your backup battery? Our camera couldn't get power either, and it turned out that the backup battery had died.

Do you have the backup battery pluged in? We looked for two hours for the answer to that and it turned out we never had it plugged in..... It never says anywhere so we didn't know. It should be the one that looks like a string of AAs.
