Maxi style fuse box

Someone has lost the beautiful lid to our maxi style fuse block. Are we required to use the lid? If so, does anyone know where we can purchase a new lid? Innovation First does not list the maxi style fuse block.

Those MAXI blocks were the ones we had in the kit in 2004, but aren't this year's version a bit different?

This year, one side is a common block while the other side is 4 independent terminals. The one shown on that link (and used in FIRST in 2004) has fuse holders which are all independent.

I believe Terminal Supply has this year's Maxi Block, listed as this part number: JEF-531D. While I could not find them on their website, I could order them over the phone at 800-989-9632. Mention that you are on a FIRST team and they will know what you want.

(I just now ordered this... hopefully, the correct part is delivered)

Ken,
In 2004 the lid was considered an integral part of the block. Even if you removed unused connections, the lid needed to remain in place as it is the only insulation for the block. Sorry.
