where can i download the mplab c18 compiler v2.40
 

hey you guys,
some one on our team took the programming cd home and lost it. and we found out that we need the old c18 compiler v2.40 and the download on the archives of microchip.com only has the v2.40 upgrade and not the actuall compiler. so can any one tell me where to download it or if you can send it to me.

As far as I know, you can't legally download it for free.

Bump on this. We're loading up two (old) laptops to take to the competition from the 29th-31st (and can't find the disc). Any help would be appreciated.

Please pay attention. The software is not available for download. If you have misplaced the CD-ROM you received in the Kit of Parts, you will have to buy (or borrow) another one.
