Student Edition of LabVIEW - Remote Panels?
 

Does the student edition of national instruments let it publish the VI over a LAN? We have attempted this and it didn't work. Is it something on the full version, or is there some component that we haven't installed from the student version?

The LV 8.0 Student Edition has all the capabilities as the LV 8.0 Full Edition, so you should be able to work with LabVIEW's remote front panel features to control VI's accross a network. Are you getting a specific error when trying to set up remote front panels??
