So yea.. i WOULD have a poll.. but it seems that theres like 10,000,000,000 different flavors.. So just post em.. wuts everyones fav flavor.. wut do u suggest... I'm a Cookie Dough junkie... or.. if you get experimental.. take some mint choc/chip and mix it with some milk.. add some cookie dough.. and a lil cookies and cream... yummerz...

Too many to choose from, but I loved Ben and Jerry's Cool Britannia, can't find it my area anymore. Turkey Hill's mint chocolate chip is very good. And Häagen-Dazs' Dark chocolate peanut butter. And there's suppose to be an ice-cream store somewhere in New England that has ice cream in tea flavors. Earl Gray ice cream could be interesting...

best ice cream i've ever had is Coldstone....yah, AZ and CA ppl know what i'm talking about....do they have coldstone anywhere else? For the uninitiated, Coldstone is like the Krispy Kreme, or the Starbucks of ice cream. It's a hope chapel ritual.

Cold stone...how could i forget about cold stone......yum...Esp, when the guy behind the counter gives you free ice cream....

doods, have any of you ever had cinammon flavored ice cream? I've never seen it here in the US, but when I went to France last summer, it was all over the place. Oh man, I've never had it before or since, but it's still gotta be the BEST ice cream flavor eva!

I love Ben and Jerry's Bovinity Divinity.....but if your from NH, and you know where Goldenrods is in Manchester, NH....YUM YUM....my favorite favorite favorite is bubble gum ice cream from goldenrods.....YOU GET LOTS AND LOTS OF ICE CREAMS, AND ITS CHEAP...like a small is huge and i can never finish it....

Mmm.. Favorite is Half-Baked, for Ben and Jerries.. Brownie bits, cookie dough, marshmallow, chocolate and Vanilla ice cream all mixed together.

But normally I'll get cookie dough..

Well I dont know how cheap it is but Haywards in Nashua Has ice cream cones that big.
there is one other place coming back from from Mt Washington Going south that is that has the biggest cones I have ever seen and they were not that expensive either

try getting that in a milkshake :) mmmmmm... i need to go to ben and jerrys right now.

There's this place i went to in Indiana and it was like an old fashion ice cream Shopee and they sold it as cheap as it was back in hte day and a small ice cream was a nickle and a large ice cream was 30 cents....a banana spilt was 45 cents and like a triple scoop large ice cream cone (waffle cone) was like 40 cents
it was great! and the ice cream was awesome! They made it all in the shopee from scratch and OMG! HeHe

or not....anyway.... SPUMONI! I've never met anyone who has ever heard of the stuff, but it is sooooooo incredibly. It's tri-flavored. There's chocolate, pistacio, and this wonderful pink stuff that tastes so incredible. If you ever see spumoni, you absolutely must try it. :p

how can you people like anything BUT cookie dough! cookie dough is the best!! it doesnt get any better!! unless....you add some reeses into the cookie dough.....yummmmmm........*falls into dreamy stupor*

I like cookie dough, but I have to admit that i have and always will think cookies 'n cream is the best ever. But that's just my opinion...:)

I haven't gotten in to this thread in a while so i missed Harrison's lack of brain... I better not finish that.. the censors might get mad. K, Workng in the ice cream business I've learned a few things... a) soft ice cream is cheap, plentiful, and very nasty when you load it into the machine.
b) DQ and McDonalds don't have real ice cream! It's ice milk! And if you think anything else... well.... you're just as bad as someone who can't order ice cream properly...
*sigh* sorry everyone, Ice cream makes me crazy, think about it.. I work in a tiny hole in the wall and the only way to escape is through my customers... I think i loose my mind a lil more every shift. meh! What can you do? I hope this has taught everyone a bit about ice cream and such.. it's nice to know what you're really getting eh?

Coldstone is good... but I like our local ice cream store better, much better. Most people here I've talked to about it agree... Coldstone is good.. but Walrus is like, Coldstone^nth power. :D

Haha, funny you should mention that because I had to teach my whole robotics team what spumoni was when they served it to us at the Spaghetti Factory when we all went there after the last day of the Seattle Regionaly. It is so good and big all over europe (just like hazelnut gelato...MMMMMmmmm gelato is pure heaven).

Anyway, as far as icecream goes, any coffee-oriented icecream is great but I especially love Ben & Jerry's that mixes coffee flavored icecream with heath bar pieces. Oh they do that at Coldstones too! Two of my fav things mixed together. Yum!

actually..it's not milk of any kind. it's whey...ya know..the liquidy part of cottage cheese. that's why they're simply called shakes..'cuz FDA said they can't use milk in the name when it's not milk.

Yech, while cookie dough is the best, Baskin Robbins' isn't that good. World Class Chocolate there.

I'd have to go with Hagen Das. (sp?) It's good ice cream, but too expensive with too small proportions. That's the only problem. So in other words, I don't get it too much.

Otherwise, an obscure one - Ben & Jerry's One Sweet Whirled. It used to be named From Russia With Buzz... but apparently Ben and Jerry decided to kiss up to Dave Matthews and name an ice cream after him. :D
