old componants, can we use them?

We have two large grey wheel chair inflatable wheels, we are planning to use them as ball launching drivers.
BUT they are from compition of 2003.
Is it alright with the rules to use them for our launching mechanism for this years compition?

Provided they have not been modified in any way and are still available for purchase to any and all teams, yes, you may use them.
