Its coming along, but its sort of frustrating. This is my first season on the team, and guess who gets to write it! yeah, so I'm sort of overwhelmed with it. And I have the WFFA to do, so its sort of a load. We have a real small team, mostly composed of underclassmen so its a enlightening experience. At least next year I'll be somewhat prepared! lol, good luck to everyone else!

I put a spreadsheet template for last year's CA into the white paper forum:

Basically, you can use that as a tool to send-around to your team members and have them draft up sections of the Chairman's Award. Then you can pull-together the whole essay from the submitted templates.

Our team's chugging along...We have most of the essay written. Soon as build period is over, our chairman's reps will be meeting and coming up with this year's presentation.
