I know this is going to seem really strange, but is the registration going to be on the IndianaFIRST website?

Also, what time does registration begin?

Yes, we think so. Either IndianaFIRST.org or CyberBlue 234.com.

Not sure of the exact time yet. Rumor is that it will be in the early evening on 1 May.

Stay tuned. :]

Will there be a mentor only match? I had a great time trying to put small tetras on top of large tetras :ahh: We posted one of the highest mentor only scores
I also noticed that there is only one fee this year. Last year there were two fees. One for the arena and one for the gym. Did that change?

We are already planning some changes and improvements,

Who knows what will happen -
But you might want to stay current on action movies for some
of the 'non-robot' events....

We will have a silent auction for a local charity again -
so keep your eyes open for unique FIRST items that you
can donate to such a great cause -

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN MAY 8 INSTEAD OF MAY 1, SINCE MOST OF US INVOLVED WITH REGISTRATION WILL BE IN ATLANTA THROUGH APRIL 30.

REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN MAY 8 AND THE FIRST 'TEAM LIST' WILL BE POSTED MAY 15.

WATCH HERE FOR MORE DETAILS DURING THE WEEK OF MAY 1 - MAY 7

Yes, we are planning a mentor match.

Yes, only one fee. Most pits will be in the auxillary gym with just the hots teams near the playing field (same as 2005).

Robots have to stay within the FIRST rules. You can modify as long as you are still within the size and weight limitations.

We work on a level of trust and sportsmanship and do not inspect, weigh and size the robots.

BUT... If the referees feel a robot looks too heavy or too big or there is unsafe goings-on-in-there, then they will inspect certain machines.
PS That BAKER guy is head ref, and he as a keen eye .... :)

That's true. But hey, even I passed Baker inspection at GTR.

 Actually it was quite stressful to say the least.

You will need to work that out individually.

We'll be there, along with 1930. Our whole teams wont be there, but we'll be able to compete still
