Ask for Indiana Robotics Invitational Rate

Chris,

I called the Hilton today to make a reservation from Thursday Night to Sunday and they said there is no record of the Indiana Robotics Invitational Rate in their system. They went ahead and gave me the rate anyway, but I think you better call and check with them to make sure this is properly in place so nobody else goes through the same trouble.

[quote=Ricky Q.]269 is in. Apparently it is noon in Indiana already! ;) /QUOTE]

We're still trying to figure out this daylight savings time thing, and keep setting our watches back an hour every sunday morning at 2 AM.

How many times do we reset our clocks, anyway?

The contract was just sent back Friday night, so they may not be fully in place yet.

Doesn't it depend on the current population of pigs and output of corn going on at the time?

I registered 931. If there's room for us in the field, it will be our first time at IRI. :)

From this thread it sure seems like a lot of great teams will be there!

It would be cool if volunteers could get a conformation e-mail letting us know you guys got our information.

If it's not too much trouble :]

FYI: The 'volunteer' link up top works, but the image on the main IRI page does not.

I booked the team a room at the Super 8 and got the same confused response. But, they gave me the discounted rate anyways, so, it's all good.

I noticed "Copioli heckler" was not on the list of volunteer options. I guess I'll have to do it freelance, although i was looking forward to a cool t-shirt for my efforts. ;)
