this isnt our best because i'm an animator and getting down to the manufacturing department is a rare thing and i just had the camera on me tonight....pretty cool...we shoot 7 balls in 10 seconds accurately (not show in the video...lol) i like what ive seen posted by other teams as well |
Re: team 103 shooting
Very nice looking field.

Re: team 103 shooting
thanks. we convinced our school district to build us a building soley dedicated for us. we built a full size playing field in which is pretty useful for testing and whatnot.

Re: team 103 shooting
Its like the balls float into the goal. ITS SO KOOL!

Re: team 103 shooting
That's great, maybe if we could get a shot of the actual shooter...

Re: team 103 shooting
that looks prety cool but i think it ss little inconsistant in shooting adn i dint know if u had a stop for teh balls to stop befor they get shot out but if u didnt they were getting hung up a little. otherwise good job we havnt gotten that far on our robot yet.

yea the reason it was inconsistent was because when the battery gets low (which it was) and u shoot, it takes a bit longer for the wheels to spin back up....and yes there is an indexer that works really well...its in the picture i just posted if u need any ideas for a mechanism for that...ours works pretty good at stopping and feeding the balls |
Re: team 103 shooting
:yikes: Wait quick clamps are legal this year? :ahh: Anyways, nice looking bot, and 7/10 is actually fairly accurate I have a feeling.

Re: team 103 shooting
Interesting how your feeding them from the top down... good luck this season!
