I think that you are being a little stereotypical...some rookies out there could have better resources than many of the war hardened veterans.

ummmmm...do we hate them like freshmen...you know...everyone dislikes freshmen just for being freshmen.....so would you say that rookie teams are like freshmen

I understand..I'm not saying that they suck.(most do) but you're right.....I'm simply saying that i think that they're annoying like freshmen...........or are they?

I wouldn't say everyone does, after all I'm a freshmen at my high school. And I'm smarter then some of the Upper Classmen I know.

THAT'S THE POINT....i'm in 10th and I never really understood why everyone seems to hate frshmen until I moved up a grade....now I do......it has nothing to do with how smart you are....it's just that...well............................you're a freshman

Not quite.
There are some rookie teams like 1511 that are started up by experienced Super mentors like Kim O Toole who can will a team to maturity.
Or teams like 1507 who grew from 378 and because of that hit the ground running and were very cometitive.
Or teams like 1038 who's leadership comes from team 144 who had dissolved so they started up 1038 a few years ago.
The students may be inexperinced but the mentors give the team the experience to get through.
