Robot Controller Warrenty

Our robot controller was working fine utill about halfway through the day. It keeps giving us hardware error. I've looked through old threads about this issue but we already tried all the recommendations. Their is a seal on the bottom of the controller that says "Warranty Void if broken"

1. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS "WARRANTY"
2. HOW DO WE USE THIS WARRANTY
3. IF THERE ISN'T REALLY A WARRANTY, WHY DOES IT SAY IT DOES!
4. CAN WE TAKE IT APART

If anyone can answer these questions, thanks for the help!

Re: WHATS WITH OUR CONTROLLER????

It means warranty void if that sticker is broken. There are screws under the sticker. I would seriously recommend not opening it up unless you have several years experiance with very small electronics and circuit boards. You need to call IFI to get an RMA number if you'll be sending it in for repair. The warranty does not cover user error or improper usage.

How long is this Warranty and what number do we call?

Yeah, how closely are they going to inspect that sticker if I send it in? Because I was peeling off some velcro and the sticker totally ripped and looks exactly like I cut it to take it apart. I just sort of stuck the velcro back on and pretended it didn't happen.....
