I know i probably already asked this question but here it is. Is it illegal to connect the quick disconnect to the ground stud, and then run # 6 wire to a 2005 breaker panel.

Basic wiring for 2005 breaker (sans rc/motors/inputs/etc), or at least how it should be:

Ground -(black)> Exide Battery -(red)> Circuit Breaker -(red)> 2005 Circuit Breaker Panel -(black)> Ground

Please read the manual's Section 5 - The Robot for more detail.

You really need to keep checking the Q&A. I believe this was answered in the affirmative last week. Although, I don't know why anyone would add another point of failure in the mains electrical system.
