Re: Where does your team work?
We work in a school classroom, and we aren't allowed to run any of the machinery if there are no teachers there.

Re: Where does your team work?
Our team works in this new lab on the third floor of the new building. It is quite nice but it is smaller than our old lab and it is a pain to get into on saturdays but it is cleaner. Better said it was cleaner. We got some new millimachines and saws this year.

Re: Where does your team work?
We have been working at motorola since we started. They let us have our own little "robot room" and then they gave us enough space to where we have our playing field.

Re: Where does your team work?
Our team works out of our team mentor's office and throughout the hallways of our vocational school. (Our mentor is a special education teacher at our vocational school.) We usually use our auto shop to practice in.

Re: Where does your team work?
Our team (1141),
works in the schools machine shop which happens to be my dads class. He dedicates his shop and backroom for robotics. It has old lathes, mills and drill presses. Whenever we want to test we set up everything in the gym. |

Re: Where does your team work?
330 is another homeschooled team, and we build in the basement machine shop of a local power plant. Tools: drill press, grinder, and hand tools. We also do a little building at a mentor/sponsor's machine shop half an hour or so away, and that is also where most of our machining is done.

Re: Where does your team work?
Team 213 makes use of our high school's attached vocational center, which has a CAD lab with 20-odd machines, which run Inventor beautifully. This is where we do most of the work. Downstairs, we have a full machine shop. We also make use of the automotive shop for our sheet metal needs.

Re: Where does your team work?
we use our whole tec ed wing of our school to work. We all seprate into seprate rooms to work (programers in one room, mecanical in the shop, elctrical in another ect.) when we dont have school the next day we dont clean up and we leave things laying around to use the next day :yikes: however if there is school the next day, we clean up.
