Errors in CMUcam2.llb

When trying to execute CMUcam2.llb, two errors occur.
First is:
Visa 1073807339

Immediately after that error:
Error 7 occurred at Open File .vi:
Possible Reasons:
LabVIEW File not found. The file might have been moved or deleted or incorrectly formatted for operating system.

Why are two errors occurring at the same time with this application?
What are some solutions?
