Okay guys, since picking is really slowing down, I'm fixing one rule, changing one, and adding a few necessary ones:

1. Trades through me. Both parties must send me a forum PM stating which teams each of them are trading.
2. No tradebacks; the team must be traded through a 3rd person before trading back to the original team.
3. Trading done by March 7th March 8th @ 11:59PM
4. Must PM me a contact method other than email or Chief Delphi (Google Talk, AIM, MSN, Yahoo, or ICQ)
5. 15 16 People, 3 Teams each, 6 teams left over
6. If the team leaves the regional prior to their final match, you will be randomly assigned a replacement team from the pool of 6 remaining teams.
7. If Round 2 has not ended at 11:59pm (EST) this Monday, and you have not yet picked for that round, you may freely choose whatever team you want for that round after that time, and Round 3 picking beings normally with Arefin. All unfinished picks by people with lists of fate submitted will have a team chosen for them, if they so choose.
8. At 11:00pm (EST) Wednesday, free picking is permitted for any person, if you have remaining picks.
9. At 11:59pm (EST) Wednesday, picking is closed. Teams will be randomly distributed to people with remaining picks, unless I have a list of fate. Lists of fate will take first precendence, and will be entered in the order of remaining picks.
10. Lists of fate are due to me in a PM by Monday March 6th, 11:59PM. When sending, please note whether you want the Round 2 deadline picks to be done for you.
