675 crate

In his shipping crate, dead Cthulhu lies dreaming...

well, the batteries aren't in it, so it's somewhat true. It will reawaken when the stars are right. (probably around march 16th)

Wow, that really is an incredible image. Love the Cthulu reference there, completely awesome. Was it an original or did you find that picture in a Lovecraft book or something? And if it was an original, who did it (someone on your team, I presume). How did you get it onto the crate so well, projection or something similar?

Either way, incredible job and give my regards to the artist(s), whoever it may have been.

The image was done by some famous artist or something. Maybe Lovecraft... I don't know.

It was projected, traced, then burned into the wood.

Cecily Conden and Shawnie Miller of 675 made it (and destroyed a few soldering irons doing so).

This year is kind of similar (in so far as it's awesome), except painted and related to our mascot.

Would you have any plans for keeping that piece/panel as a part of your team history?
Other than storage?

well we are actually trying to empty the crate out and when we do take it a part we will keep it. yeah if there was a chance of it getting destroyed we would put a different door on and save that
