I don't think it matters terribly, but I'll weigh in anyway. I vote yes to keep the Chairman's as part of the FF score. FIRST has a unique nature not found in professional sports in the community aspect, and thus Fantasy FIRST should be modified to support this nature.

Absolutely and without a doubt keep the Chairman's at its high value. Chairman's is not the division pennant--it's winning the World Series and going to Cooperstown at the same time.
