Praise for Q&A staff
 

I'm posting here in praise of the Q&A group. The Vex team that I mentor ran into some apparent compatibility issues with the upgrade for EasyC and the cd key, in part because we were using a laptop with a Windows 98 platform. My resident software geeks were tearing their hair out over this, and it took a few e-mail exchanges with the help desk to get it sorted out, but I was really pleased with the quick turnaround and personal interest of the Intelitek staff in purging the gremlins. Thanks for using a really professional approach and commitment of resources to support the users in the FIRST challenges.
