Are those RC truck wheels and tires? How did you affix them to an axle?

They almost look like lego wheels. What size chain or belts are you running to them?

The wheels for the robot is RC truck wheels we bought from a hobby store. The robot does turn great. The cannon does not interfere with our driving.
